The thought of not having a layer of protective clothing at least while trying to bathe my cat, made me subconsciously hunch protectively over my nuts a bit.

KJU was smoking up right by the launch pad. I wonder what would happen if an “accident” were to happen there. Though, the generals taking over may well be worse.
Holds more fuel without RCS, er, enhancing drop pods, holds more weapons, and can go where the F-16 flat can’t.
It moves, apparently! Still plenty wrong about it, I wonder how far they’re going to take this
I’m sure this was figurative, but since I’m a nerd, the F-35s processor is stated to be worth 400 billion operations per second, or 400Gflops. For a CPU, that’s rather good, but if that first world army had a Haswell onwards high wattage i7, that would make up most or more than that on CPU SIMD already.
Netanyahus face there, good grief. Thinking the same thing as all of us, “that was never the damn accusation, idiot”. No one said he *said* Israel, rather that the source could be derived from the information, which he now confirmed. There was also this awkward bit
Left field, but this makes me really fucking want an anime Wheel of Time series, I think an anime could do better than a meatspace show which risks a lot more corn (legend of the seeker, shannara)
I think I actually get faster and better, and very very much cheaper, results with a single blade than my multiblade Fusion Proglide, Hydro 5, or Dorco Pace 6/7 (which I hate). This Gillete Guard specifically, I think it’s like 5 cents a handle, 2 cents a blade in India, even shipping it to the west was under 50 cents…

Wish we were privy to the results of the F22 v Typhoon v Rafale test fight.
““Diefenbaker didn’t drink, didn’t smoke, he was a complete teetotaler,” Squires said. “And in walks Crawford Gordon with his hip flask, a cigarette in his hand, pounding on Diefenbaker’s desk.””
I wonder how much of it was poor bedside manner :P
Nice. I had a family member buy the 27 inch iMac without asking me about it, and got it with a rust drive. You can have all the cores and performance in the world but mechanical IO WILL make it feel slow :P
Yup, love how easy it is to select an external drive as the system one.
Does TRIM work over the Thunderbolt ones (even if they have other GC)? I think that was a limitation of USB ones, but since TB is over native PCI-E it should work?
What I was suggesting was setting the external drive as the boot+system drive as you can, I don’t think that would rear its head there.
It’s a massive PITA on the post-DVD iMacs. Even the 27.
Number one through 1000 in this situation is the storage medium. macOS after Snow Leopard doesn’t seem to like the higher IO latency of mechanical hard drives even more than any old OS feels slower on them. It’s really tailored for SSDs. Any mac in the last 5-6 years should feel pretty good once the rust drive is…
Yeah. They had some great material to work with, the Greg Bear forerunner trilogy were some of the best video game based books I’ve ever read, Hunt the Truth was really interesting and exciting, even the Chief vs Lock marketing was sort of interesting...And then they just asspull this AI rebellion thing. That’s what…
Only if Keurigs were made by pouring a cup of ready coffee into a Keurig machine
This article is the real gem, I wish I could tattoo *this* on my mind!
That’s the funny part about it, I don’t think it’s overtly explained so many people just think he’s a happy guy giving a thumbs up, but that used to be a rough guide, and within the context of the game that was likely the semi-hidden meaning.
