No butthurt from this end, you were just wrong about a fact. Some of the top replies at the time were agreeing with the misinformation.

That doesn’t work with these, it’s doing the reverse (digital lightning to analog). The 35 dollar 3.5mm to lightning  cable is what they’re referring to and what works with these.

I’m hearing it both ways and it’s confusing which setup will work or not. It’s weird because I always thought my Roku TV was a second class citizen for TV+, but it did get Airplay 2 and Fitness+ works on it...Weird. I don’t know why some don’t work.

Not very fast, but consider that this is an 8 “core” (a rather useless term in GPUs I still contend) GPU, and Apple is developing a 128 core one. The interesting bit is Apple counts a core as 128 ALUs/unified shaders, so that’s a whopping 16,384 ALU GPU. Combine that with the neural engine which can work somewhat like Read more

Maybe it’s a good experience for people in some places with some providers, but I’m too picky about the visibly degraded image quality and latency on streaming services. Local streaming though, that can be quite good, using Moonlight I can play with desktop tier graphics on my ultrabook laptop with quite quick Read more

I’ve seen a few reviews say there’s no Airplay 2, but it works perfectly on my Airplay 2 enabled Roku TV. Just check if you want it.

Spiteful, or playful? Octopi definitely play! Researchers often find them full of personality. Also watch “My octopus teacher” on Netflix.

Huh? It sounded like you wanted it a la carte, which has always been an option, but now you’re saying that you don’t to be able to add Fitness+ at all?

Almost like the service being tied to the Premium plan for Apple One is literally what I’m responding to. Wanted to make sure there was no way to add an extra service to the basic plan.

So do you have to get the Premium Apple One bundle to get Fitness+? It’s weird that there’s no mix and match

It’s not only faster. It’s faster without breaking a sweat. It doesn’t get warm, it doesn’t get loud on models with fans, and it absolutely sips battery life doing the same things faster than the Intel parts. The two with fans also seem to have a ton of thermal headroom, barely use the fan at all, and allegedly 11.0.1 Read more

Sonofa....I was also counting on grabbing the PSN titles on the website for now.

Hmm, I’m not sure though. We’re also thrilled to announce PlayStation Plus members who own a PlayStation 5 console will receive Bugsnax (PS5) Read more

There’s already third party faceplates being made. There’s going to be a bunch of them as they’re quick to replace. A matte black or frosted acrylic one with a smaller front fin would look great.

Did they say the faster 5000 operations per second OIS was only for the Pro, or for the whole line? I thought they said it was for the whole line, but it only appears on the Pro page.

Fair enough. I mostly use mine for the fitness tracking and got hooked on closing the rings so I wear it most of the time, but yeah, the Apple Watch experience can still be buggy. Especially where you have a corp policy on your phone to require iPhone unlock to unlock your watch (disabling the passcode backup), and Read more

It’s like how some people insist the British brought architecture to India? Like damn, I haven’t known architecture to fall out of the sky and assemble itself like that then
