Glad you tossed the salad.

Oh god, nothing would make me happier than the Blues getting eliminated. I don’t care if it means Joe Thorton might get a ring, I need this.

Still cleaner than Rio water.

Barry, are you trying to say this is bad defense?

SHARKS SHARKS SHARKS SHARKS SHARKS

Per the Perds, 3rd star of the game. 21 saves!!!

Joe Maddon, the best manager of his generation

I have an Elliott bias (I was in the student section when he dominated his way to an NCAA title at Wisconsin and have been really hoping to see him succeed at the highest levels since), but he’s been getting the shaft from the Blues for almost as long as he’s been there. Even before Allen was a regular fixture in the

Hitchcock is the Andy Reid of the NHL. His lineup decisions are basically arbitrary. Let's hope he eats the correct amount of gummy bears to not be a complete idiot about this one.

North, Murph, and Grobber...an axis of evil and dumb.

I’m sad to know Mike North is still polluting the world with his hot takes. I’d thought, or maybe I’d just convinced myself that he’d slathered his shoes in Marconi giardiniera and then choked to death while eating them.

Everything you said was exactly was I thought as soon as I read Mike North. Radio is a tough business, but if you have what it takes to have an audience, you can have a show. Since Mike has gone off air - thankfully -he has been a has been.

It’s...it’s so hot, so many takes. I...I wanna touch it...

Oh, god, Mike North.

If Dusty Baker would embrace lineup construction principles from the last 30 years, he might be able to protect one of the league’s brightest young start. Instead, he puts .272 obp guy in the leadoff spot while Revere is out. He puts cub killer Daniel Murphy too low in the lineup to assist Harper. His lineups were ass.

Kerry’s brother Donny was my counselor at summer camp. He has diabetes and once lit his fart on fire in front of the entire camp. Good guy. That’s all I have to add to this conversation.

I don’t care that an off-the-end-of-the-bat infield single technically prevented this game from also being a no-hitter; it’s the most dominant single game pitching performance of all time. Also to keep in mind: the Astros won 102 games that year and had the 3rd most efficient offense in the entire league.

The Podcast is the most pretentious instrument.

I can think of a more compelling emotional wound that could carry the story and it involves Delonte West.
