Fuck football.
Fuck football.
My guess is an undiagnosed heart defect.
I got to this point a couple of weeks ago:
This too shall pass. I’m not a huge fan of three-true-outcomes-ball, but eventually there will be a new market inefficiency. There always is. For a while, the wave for pitching was throwing a ton of fastballs; now it’s throwing a ton of breaking pitches. Eventually, some smart GM will realize that stealing a lot of…
I’d love to see a comparison of the aggregate stats of position players pitching and regular relief outings lasting more than an inning while trailing.
Man, I really miss speedsters and contact hitters. Baseball was almost a different sport when I was a kid.
Counterpoint: more position player should pitch!
Way more dudes are throwing way harder now than in the steroid era
Meh go bigger with the s54...
or leave the e30m as is, and mod a e30... Or better yet e9 with an s54...
Its minimal in my experience, it doesnt automatically change it into an Audi with the engine in the bumper, especially if you’re already driving a 6 cyl e30. The s52 weighs about 306 lbs I am finding and the m20 is 359 lbs, so you’re not changing a significant amount of weight around. M60 will add about 60 lbs, again…
I get that you’d have to do more to make it comparable, but I don’t like the idea of taking a limited run vehicle and altering it at all. It’s like dropping a SBC into a grand national, the M3 deserves to stay stock just so it can remain the bench mark it was in the day.
If you have the original S14 motor and want to put that kind of money into an engine swap, you’re better off going to Jim Rowe for an S14 2500 Rally motor. It won’t mess with your car valuation but you’ll get a nice bump in performance and reliability (probably not mileage, though).
10 years ago I would have whole heartedly agreed. Now, if you’re going to do it you hermetically seal the S14, re build it, and pepare it for eventual re installation. The e30 m3 is special, but its not that special. you can easily swap a standard e30 for a lower cost, lower risk to the initial investment, and through…
tl;dr why not just take a plain Jane e30 as the basis for you engine swap?
Better yet, don’t wreck a perfectly good E30 M3 and buy a regular E30 and do an M3 clone with body work etc.
So buy an 325e and put a straight six in it
Yes, swap all your M3s. Then give me the S14s, nobody wants that crap anyway.
You need to keep Mack around to have good takes to balance out bad takes like this.
Could be worse. Could be a Ferrari California. Here it is with it’s brake lights ablaze. Oh, you thought those round red things were brake lights. Nope.
With his durability concerns entering his year 30 season, I would imagine he’s going to do less rebounding than more, which is a shame because he was one of the best in the league at it, and he’s the best outlet passer in a long, long time. I just don’t think he can afford to be in the paint very much any longer.
