You can jailbreak your phone and make it ugly and chaotic, or you can stick to the tweaks section and fix those little things that annoy you about iOS. For me, these are very small, but the result is actually a more polished (or at least personalized) OS.

OSX 10.7 - The startup sound does serve a purpose as a timer/indicator when you reboot in various modes or from various disks, so I'd rather not disable it for all reboots. Is there a way to do it temporarily by holding a key or something? Like pressing shift while adjusting the volume?
