Wait - 90 inches tall?

"GM is now in bed with MG."

[Edit] Is there no way to edit comments anymore? I meant to cubic inches not cc

Mighty quick too in the right configuration. I've been driving a RWD '98 with the 360 cc V8 and a 410. It's a former work truck, so it's completely beat to hell, which make it that much sweeter when you pull away at the lights.

It's still cross-eyed.

@w1ngnut: pretty sure he already has at least one - and he wouldnt have to sell his morgan to get one

Dear Other Bookmarks Button,

Because sometimes the best answer is the obvious one.

Why this isn't the lead photo is completely baffling.

You're holding it wrong

It doesn't pass the all important Michael Bay test. If a car is or could fit the leading role in a Michael Bay film, any self-respecting man should not purchase said vehicle.

Yeah, I specifically chose a V6 for the picture because it both reinforces my point that even in it's least powerful form, it's overstyled, and allows me to avoid some vitriol from the Camaro fanboys.

Huh? The trash folder is a finder window. I just double checked and Cmd+Shift+Del empties the trash while you're in the trash folder. Annoyingly though, there is no way to empty specific items from the bin, as far as I know.

I love the 500, but today I saw an Accent and couldn't help but notice some similarities, when viewed from the rear

No, this is not a troll. This car is such an overstyled parody of itself that only a chick can pull it off.

Edit: A quick peek in System Profiler reveals that I've just got SATA 1 for my HDD, but I think most SATA2 drives are backwards compatible, but at 1.5gps would it be worth it to go for an SSD, or should I just go for another HDD at 7200 rpm?

Oh, right - I had forgotten that the new Airs run on Core 2 Duos, and I've seen how fast those benchmarks are. As for the heat - I'm sure that it's pretty dusty in there, but Pre-Unibody MBPs are also notorious for being lap-singeingly hot.

Wow - I didn't realize that. Thanks a lot - for some reason I thought I was SATA2 for both. Do they sell converters? I would like to move the old HDD to the Optical Drive slot and put in a new SSD in its place, but this could really put a halt to those plans.

Also, how hot do SSDs run? I can already cook an egg on the bottom of my MBP when the processor is really going, so will the combination of running an SSD for OSX & applications, playing media files off the HDD, and using the processor heavily, make overheating a real problem?

Is SSD performance affected by the processor it's mated with? I have a 2008 MBP w/ 2.4 ghz Core 2 Duo, a 200 gig 7200-rpm HDD, and a busted superdrive. I'm considering replacing the optical drive with an SSD, but what kind of improvements do you get when using an aging processor?
