One could argue the “Bush doesn’t care” moment was less a genuinely anguished reaction to the misery of Katrina and more an early example of Ye making a news event about himself. And I think all agree that’s a tendency he shares with Trump. Plus the inability to keep fame in perspective, a disconnection from reality…
