I agree. I contacted “Ford Service on focusst.org and was eventually offered a good faith buy back for my ‘14 ST. The customer service guy I talked to was helpful and it seemed like Ford was really trying to fix the problem. I ended up with a ‘15 ST after that and haven’t had any problems since.
They also go by username “FordService” on most of the forums. They’re on all the Fiesta ST ones and on the EcoBoost Mustang ones and are also on Facebook.
+1 This. I know many people in the ST community for whom Ford has offered great help in getting dealers to play nice.
