The last snow storm here in Boston has pushed me over the edge and I desperately want an AWD car or a Wrangler. Didn’t really want to deal with Audi quality issues. I’m going to be 40 so the thought of a manual Subie is just not appealing and I’ll be goddamned if I’ll drive a car with a CVT.

I drove it yesterday and had a lovely time. Pavement was smooth, traffic non-existent, and my speed was high. The JR can be fun when you hit it just right. Makes getting to Lefferts Garden / Park Slope fun!

2013 ST here... I changed it for the first time at 1500 miles and then decided to wait until the light came on. I chickened out at 9500 miles.

Horseshit. Stay at home. Stay in bed. No one wants your disgusting diseased body anywhere near them.

In my professional opinion The Gallows has some fantastic poutine.

Excellent article and one that perfectly encapsulates the way I have been feeling this Christmas. Maybe it’s my general disdain for how “things” are going, maybe it’s the fact that our family has suffered yet another shocking death of a cousin, maybe it’s the fact that for the first time in my life I have a boyfriend

Wow is that expensive. 2 door sport S w/ hard top, automatic, alpine stereo, 7" u connect, at it was pushing 39k. That’s out of my price range for certain.

Easily the best looking Camry of all time.

Knock on wood indeed! Goddamn holiday travel through the shittiest state in New England (New Hampshire) has me on edge.

My guess is that if you are doing serious off-roading and hosing out of the interior afterwards the carpet would come out.

Motortrend has reported that the interior is still waterproof and that the screens have been tested extensively:

39 years old w/ zero points, or, as they say here in the Commonwealth “surchargable events”. Rental insurance for my apt is on there as well but that’s a total of 19.00 a month haha.

Not sure where you live but I have a Focus ST, 2013 and through AllState I’m paying nearly 200 a month for insurance (10 month installment plan) here in Boston. NYC is worse.

Holy shit. That is hideous.

Nearly spit out my Gin & Tonic. It was so unexpected and brilliant.

Let us not forget the NIMBY component. Doubt very many communities want an auto plant in their back yards.

Shelburn Farms!!! So beautiful. Did you get dinner at the inn??

It’s a wonderful place! They lost the old dairy barn this past summer due to a lightening strike. You should google the video... amazing.

I get that, but when the tires and wheels fall well inside of the square arch, why flare it?

Why bump out the fender flairs when the wheels don’t come close to filling the well? I despise GM for doing this on their trucks. Stupid square wheel wells... wtf.
