It’s 2021, only an idiot thinks frozen yogurt is actually ‘healthy’. The gluten and sugar and dairy free options are so that people who can’t eat those things can also have an occasional treat. Key words: occasiona, and treat. This isn’t something you should be eating every day. Same with regular ice cream.
