Veggies:
1 jalapeno*
3 tomatoes
3 cucumber
2 red pepper
2 yellow pepper
1 sweet onion
3-4 stalks celery
bunch of green onions*
2-3 cloves of garlic*

Chop them all up to bite size pieces. (*these into a small dice or large mince) Toss in a bowl big enough to hold them all…
