That's what I ended up doing. Sometimes I'll do the leg workouts if I'm bored with whatever other program I'm into. Pay attention to your arm muscles as you move forward; I found that I lost a lot of definition and had to go back to traditional weight exercises after a few weeks.

Anyone else inconsolable over Chris Abbott's departure? Because I am.

Not only that, if she's following Tracy's meal plan she isn't getting near enough the nutrients she needs for proper bone health. I was not surprised when I found out about the osteopenia either.

They are awful. The leg stuff works okay if you can stand doing the same thing 70 times, 7 days a week but my arms actually lost definition when I started it. Also, the "meals" for which she includes recipes are like a blueprint for becoming anorexic. She is a fraud.

You and me both, man. You and me both.

Them again.

Sure, but what happens when there isn't a real cost to begin with, which is often the case? Are any of these people getting fired for saying what they did? Not really. Even Robertson has his show back. I think the best case scenario is that they get called out, do (or don't) apologize and then get fired. Sometimes the

Ha! These aren't my real names but that is funny. :)

Leggero's joke doesn't really offend me but to say that people like Baldwin, Palin, Robertson and Tosh should not apologize—even if they don't really mean it—to me sends the message that such behavior is okay. If you allow people to spew hatred and idiocy without demanding some sort of public acknowledgment that said

I don't think I've been hysterical in any of the comments I posted...?

Another commenter brought up that she may have done it from a Kindle? IDK.

The context is that the workplace I was in at the time was very fashion conscious so people were constantly making unsolicited comments on other people's outfits and style choices. It was exhausting.

Interesting, thanks!

Yeah, that's more like the schedule I had when I was a kid, too.

This is amazing. Thank you.
