Are you actually incapable of seeing how one can be “pro-car”, and also anti-bullshit car infrastructure and dependence on the automobile? Really? For one thing, I am acutely aware that if many of the appliance-users had other options, there would be hell of a lot more room on the road for drivers.

Needing a car to transport large amounts of groceries is a anachronistic to owning a car. I love cars as much as the next person here but I want to treat a car as a hobby or interest rather than an appliance.

My thoughts exactly. Thankfully I have a pharmacy and supermarket within a 5 minute walk from my house and a library about 15 minutes walk. But outside of those 3 places everything else has to be driven to.

I know people are angry at the oil companies for being greedy with prices but people really need to get angry at city planners and zoning laws.

He got his start in Ferrari Challenge, if I’m not mistaken, where he was competitive. Not sure what he did prior to that. My point is, he has a fair amount of experience in cars typical of the performance level of the car he is driving at Le Mans.
