Don’t forget that with the Ford, for some crazy reason, the 300-mile range is the estimated EPA range with 1,000 lbs of cargo. You’d think they’d simply advertise both, but ya...

That’s disappointing to hear. I have hopes for the RWD cars coming out, but we’ll see.
I’ve never loved watching motorsport. I’d watch some highlights sometimes, but otherwise I couldn’t be bothered. After watching Drive to Survive, I’ve watched every race and now chat about it with my in-laws who follow it too.
Why do you even need oil? Apparently Hondas don’t need such substances ;)
Considering how successful Drive to Survive has been for F1 interest in the states, I don’t think that mimicking the format is a bad idea...
As one who decided on a Mazda3 over other “more fun” cars, I’m a little sad by the hold-me-over sentiment. They really are great cars, but I can see that they could use a bit more power to be a bit more exciting. Not sure what year you got. Mine is an 18MY and I think it’s my favorite gen. The current gen locked you…
Yep. 2020 was artificially low since no one was driving for a while. If you adjusted for inflation, it was the cheapest I have ever seen it since I’ve started driving. It was always going to go up and self correct.
I’m a led foot and my Mazda3 2.5L has gotten 31 mpg for the lifetime of my ownership. Totally ok with that.
They totally should have just kept the Commodore name...
I have checked actually! Carvana would give me $4k over what I paid, but that still wouldn’t be enough to get even this civic new. Sigh...
Style is something to is different for everyone. To me, the last gen’s design was so bad, I never once considered it when I shopped for a car back in 2019. I looked from Fiesta ST to GTI to WRX and ended up with the Mazda3 (mostly due to price and it being enough performance for daily driving). This new Civic would…
If this version was around when I was buying back in 2019, it would have been a serious contender. I’ve always said my Mazda3 needs 15-20 hp more. That would be exactly level with this Si. Sadly, with all the auto inflation, I’m better off just doing a small tune on my car to get that extra power since even this Si is…
I’ve always loved the Boxster Spyder. It’s one of the few cars that I desperately want to own, but know I never will. I think the Spyder’s lines are better than the regular models (despite the extra impracticality), so I think it deserves to stay on the list. But these things are always super suggestive.
There’s a lockout that prevents you from accidentally going into reverse if you’re moving forward. It feels like there’s a soft barrier going into reverse, so maybe that’s why?
Funny since my wife drives a Chevy Cruze and although it’s the same class as my Mazda3, the rear legroom is WAYYY bigger. To the point that I can sit in front of the rear facing seat in her car (though if it’s all of us, I still drive usually). It’s not every car, I do feel like people who have small cars, then a kid…
New parent with a small car. Have you seen the size of rear facing car seats nowadays?!?!?!?!
Is this basically the Youtube version of Long Way Up (since that one they did on Harley electric bikes). I really enjoyed that series, so consider me interested (I’ll check this out when I’m washing dishes, aka my Youtube time).
