In NC death penalty cases only result in convictions about 50% of the time. Kind of blows up the idea that it’s only used on the “most obvious, slam dunk cases.”

Why not refer to people how they want to be referred to? It’s not hard. If someone wants to be referred to as “she” refer to her as “she.”

I certainly HOPE you’re right. But I’ve seen nothing but the opposite from conservatives. Moderates get beat in the primaries and then conservatives vote for them. Low turnout is a liberal issue, not a conservative one. 

I don’t have any faith in GOP voters to actually do this. I’ve yet to see any conservative voter push-back on this. “Moderate” Republicans get primaried. 

I certainly hope they do, but the bigger problem is this is what conservatives want. This is what their constituents want. 

“And if your response to this is ‘Hey not all white people!’ maybe think about why that’s your first response.”

Name me one country that does not persecute or murder it’s citizens based solely on skin tone, sexual orientation, gender roles, religion, socioeconomic status, or political views, AND has equal opportunity for ALL.
