Copyright allows for the copyright holder to do whatever they want. Trademarking requires the holder to protect it. And yes, not protecting a trademark is grounds to lose that trademark. 

I enjoyed it. But really, it needed more Sub-Zero and Scorpion. It also really sucked that they killed off Kung Lao because he was clearly the best character.

1) The Road to the Show in MLB The Show is amazing. And unlike NBA2Kxx you can have fun without grinding like hell for even decent skills (or doing what 2K really wants and you PAYING for basic attributes). But it’s not on PC....sigh.

Nobody pretends that it was good. But it was fun.
