It may have collected them all, but many weren’t damaged much. The last onboard shown, Muller (who telepathically gave up his good position at the start), seems to have had no damage, but also couldn’t advance.

I did the same thing. But the tone of the recap above seems to indicate that /without/ the first lap shake up sent Vettel and Bottas to the back, this would have been a “standard” race with little “spice”. Even the commentators remarked that the race was better than the boring, passless Canada race.
