“Any reasonable person would rely on the UVC’s sections...”

Now who’s being obtuse...

If you can safely pass on the right, then yes, the person was not actively passing. And should move to the right as per “Keep Right Except to Pass”.

You don’t seem to understand logic:

Exactly. I know exactly how to do it. It is you who has a problem with it. To quote you above:

Really? So the law /really/ says to “GTFO” when done overtaking 1 vehicle? So, jam yourself in between 2 other vehicles, breaking probably 6 other laws at the insistance of the left lane law? No. I doubt it does.

And what is it that the law says someone should do if they are actively passing someone and a car comes blazing up behind them?

“Facts are often unpopular”

It might be easier, but it’s also wrong. If you are not actively passing, then you shouldn’t be in the passing lane.

“kindlyget out of the fast lane”

Well, that’s all fine. And if we could get a set of data that includes the total number of incidents over the course of a year, to include the set of data not influenced by a possible given event, then I’d be all for doing a fair comparison.

So, it could help then?

I... I don’t get it. (Insert Tom Hanks raising hand)

Your numbers are unhelpful without a time factor.

I’ve mentioned it twice to Lifehacker that SlingTV doesn’t have Fox (or any other local network TV) in every market. It screwed me trying to watch NBC during the Olympics. But I’m a grey here.

I pointed this out in another article regarding this: SlingTV does NOT have Fox in all markets! Check before ordering!

After watching a thing on Chernobyl, I checked it out on Google Maps. I’m not sure I trust any of those reviews...

I love it when the geeks invade the Jalop comments sections.
