We’ll have to agree to disagree that 5 gallons is low. It’s half a tank in corollas, and even in f150's it will get you 100 miles... If you’re really that sad about it, make it 10 gallons then.

Well, enforcement could be as simple as making the pumps cut off at 5 gallons. If you want to pay the social costs of people behind you waiting for the pump as you swipe and begin to fill again, that’s you’re perogative.
