I’m gonna go out on my own limb and say that, as a former retail worker, stores get sent extra signage all the time and it’s usually put up by minimum wage teenagers who don’t give a fuck beyond making sure it all gets used so they don’t get yelled at for “not having put all the signs up.”

Honestly? He kind of has a point, big picture.
