Of course it isn’t the same thing. Don’t be ridiculous. If people were honestly concerned about the unborn, they would logically be pro-contraception. That the anti-choice people are also anti-contraception makes it clear that their real interest is in controlling women’s lives. Period.

What really irks me is how so many GOP supporters are completely happy getting fucked by the GOP, as long as they don’t vote for someone who supports abortion. Tax cuts, immigration, healthcare, etc all are worse for them under GOP control, but abortion is the hill they choose to die on.

My parents lived near that building 50 years ago and my mom was OBSESSED with trying to spot her. Then one day, my mom was pushing my brother in a baby carriage and Greta Garbo was walking towards them. As she passed my mom, she said, “you’re baby is beautiful”.
