I'm clicking on the picture at the top of the article but the video of what Olbermann said isn't playing. I am sure this is an honest oversight on your part, because obviously what was actually said is of some relevance.

It leads off with the provocative headline that the coaches asked Incognito to "toughen him up," then makes only a minimal attempt to substantiate these claims in the article proper. Note that the phrase "toughen up" is never used in quotation marks in the article,
