Claudio!!!!!!! I didn’t know his name...just knew him as “The Tamale Guy”. I was in Chicago 5 or 6 years ago and he appeared at the bar around 1am with his red cooler. It was like manna from heaven to my drunken out of town self.

Classic Tetris has a really nice community. I love salt and blowups in traditional fighting games and Smash, but Tetris players have always seemed chill and just interested in improving and optimizing their game. Makes for a pleasant change of pace.

That last paragraph, I am glad you made mention of it. We have spent a lot of time repairing damage due to both of our parents. Just be careful and make sure the lies aren’t harmful.

I think this is the year that my kids (6 & 8) are going to find out about Santa. Their critical thinking skills are good enough to call bullshit on Jesus, but they’re still rolling with Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy.

Please don’t call this well-written essay “a rant.” It is criticism of a powerful, famous artist who has tried to silence critics and journalists in the past. If you can read all this and come out of it thinking the writer just “dislikes” Taylor Swift then I really don’t know what to tell you.
