I’m not sure there was any possibility of a *good* Duke Nukem to begin with, so whatever. The best you can aim for is ridiculous.

The only two people to have lost their party nomination, then later actually become president are Reagan and HW Bush. And I’m not sure “Hillary lost in 2008 also” is a good argument considering how 2016 turned out.

Elongated Man on Flash is already better than Fantastic Four, on a CW budget. Seeing that is the first time I’ve thought “Hey, maybe they could do a decent Ms. Marvel movie.”

Any universe with Paul Rudd is automatically a brighter, better universe.

The part at the end of Dark Nights when Plastic Man wakes up and turns into three sharks, two dinosaurs (one with a baseball bat), a hammer, an octopus, a jigsaw, and a rock crusher all at the same time and mows everything down is one of the most insanely comic-book-ass things ever.

This movie could never compare, but

I really wished they’d dropped FLUDD and added Cappy for Mario. I never liked FLUDD’s addition and I bet there could be some great mechanics with Cappy.

Link being the BotW version is great, though, and his Classic mode is so good.

To Spectre’s credit, it made the Khan reveal in Star Trek: Into Darkness seem marginally less stupid.

I’m good without it. Her character felt like it was supposed to have the same sort of role and gravitas as Tracy Bond, but Seydoux is no Diana Rigg.

I’ve said it every day since the movie came out while looking into a mirror having a mental breakdown that Monica Bellucci should’ve been the primary Bond Girl of Spectre.

I believe the correct term would actually be The Bimation.

Well, Vayntrub is still Squirrel Girl, but in Marvel Rising.

Yeah, I’d be interested to know Cecilia’s opinion of Melee’s story mode, which I loved and World of Light seems pretty similar to, but I get the impression from her opinion here that maybe she wouldn’t have liked that either.

So it’s already making the world better!

It’s amazing how little I am surprised that you also hate Last Jedi at the end of that incredibly dumb rant.

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said about three times now I think:

CBS All Access is the only reason we’re getting this show in the first place. CBS would never, ever greenlight this for actual network broadcast. They wouldn’t even consider it. But Discovery was so wildly successful for pushing All Access that it suddenly

WHAT’S UP JERKS!

One of the most remarkable things about this show to me is that Amy Sherman-Palladino can really write good stand-up. No one who isn’t a stand-up writes good stand-up. Hell, even they often write shitty material when forced to do it in a script. But Midge’s material pops and Brosnahan delivers it with such conviction

I don’t know. How much effort did you just put into being offended by a year old comment on an an article about a 10 year old TV show?

Man, I wish these Fantastic Beasts movies had been books. I thought no less than three times during Grindelwald “I bet this would make more sense if I had read the book.” Also, I wouldn’t have to look at Johnny Depp.

Yeah, Saffron is a perfectly cromulent, if a little bit stripper-y, name.

Facebook is the Home Office.
