Really? It’s actually worth watching? I couldn’t make it through GT S1. I know Top Gear’s always been scripted to one extent or another, but Grand Tour felt exceptionally contrived and inorganic and seemed to drag on and on

I wasn’t aware being cast in a movie required trial proceedings.

Breaking news: J.K. Rowling likes money, wants some more money.

Why the hell isn’t there an actual tanuki Pokemon

Good reference, well done. *polite clap*

I watched curling Olympic qualifiers at a bar last night and I REGRET NOTHING it’s great

The actual left wing of American politics is ALSO obnoxiously white. There’s too many damn white people.

Yeah, and apparently it’s really good? I haven’t watched any of it, but I’ve heard good things about it being a really smart modern update of classic social/family issue sitcoms of the 70s like All in the Family or, uh, One Day at a Time, I guess.

Tex-Mex food is influenced by Southern cuisine- a greater focus on cheese, beef, and barbacoa..

New Mexican food is influenced by local Native American foods and the presence of ‘green chile’- a native cultivar of the Anaheim pepper that’s hot and flavorful.

Oh man, I’m glad they got Omundson in the movie somehow. I hope he’s doing well. It wouldn’t have been right without Lassie, though.

I think what I most want from UTU2TM is for them to get guests back. I love Scott & Scott, but the all-time greatest moments of the show always involved guests, namely PFT and Todd Glass.

Y’know I agree, but fairly recently I had just some KFC original straight up normal-ass fried chicken and after years of trying all their weird variations on “Let’s do chicken strips again, but like, stick it in the middle of a tube of ham” it reminded me that y’know what? Original recipe actually is really good.

They revisited starting up Scottomatic for the People in this last one and I continue to hope they do it.

It is the single most maniacally ADD podcast I have ever listened to. It’s two people screaming at each other about REMEMBER GUSHERS?! If I didn’t love Lapkus and Gabrus so much I would’ve bailed sooner but I’m still gonna push on to see if it mellows out into something listenable.

Back in college, BK used to have those little Stacker burgers where it was just a little burg with 2-4 patties and bacon. I would go buy a double stacker and some chicken nuggets, then put the nugget son the burger with the BBQ dipping sauce. Truly the best of all possible worlds.

I’m with you. My In-n-Out experience was that their burgers were like going to the world’s only good Burger King. Which is good, but still BK. As far as a regional fast food burg chain goes, it’s not better than Dick’s in Seattle, Lotaburger in New Mexico, or Whataburger in Texas.
