Good to know that he was joking. Sometimes it's hard to catch a dry sense of humor in print. He should play a cop-posing-as-janitor in the Anchorman sequel.

He must have beef with Adam McKay. He called him a "somewhat" successful director and he's never seen Anchorman, which is also known as the funniest movie of the 21st century.

The show is a fake documentary (well, sort of anyway). The characters break the fourth wall all the time. That said, the Ron scene did have a freshness to it that I can't quite pinpoint.
