I have yet to see the face of God. When I do, that’s the point where the car has enough.

We had an Island Teal 96 Grand Caravan SE whose transmission ate itself twice within 60k miles, plus it had a fist full of other issues. It remains the only car my family ever owned for less than ten years because it was such a hassle.
3rd gen Grand Caravan.
I’m split on this. The Vibe GT and Matrix XRS are generally great cars that toe the SUV line but are probably hatches at the end of the day. They had great visibility outward, got great gas mileage, and were generally pretty great utility vehicles to live with on a daily basis.
Did the poor VC guys get a chance to cash out first? Don’t want to hurt the job creators ability to.... Something.
I had a CARES harness for my kids when they were really little for cross-country airplane trips to see their grandparents. It worked reasonably well but man, people would get pissy when you asked them to put their tray table down for a second so you can loop it over the seat. It’s not like it even interfered with…
If you’re going to treat the tax credit as a discount, like many manufacturers presented or still present it, the AGI of the tax filer needs to be above about $55k otherwise they’ll lose some of the credit.
Okay I see where I went wrong above explaining my thought process after I wrote out the examples. I rolled in the consideration for cash flow for taking on the financing liability. I’ll try to explain without seeming like I’m moving the goal posts. Thank you for the clarification, I’ll just have to live with being…
It is not, unless there’s an update somewhere, and you can’t carry it forward like you can with solar.
There’s something deeply beautiful about how Singer restomods cars compared to everyone else. The best I can come up with is that it’s like staring at a high-end watch movement. Everything is just so beautifully polished, mechanical, and purposeful.
Man, we do love to means test everything in this country.
It’s $38/yr here in PA. The downside is we have the second highest gas tax in the country. They just get you over a longer length of time.
God, what a shithead. Just come out and say the state should load poor people into boxcars already. At least then, we won’t have to accuse him of being what he is. If this had happened outside New Albany, you know damn well he’d be on it immediately.
Someone just watched the Mat Armstrong video about the GT3 he’s rebuilding with Tavarish.
> 95% of them I bet. Suburbanites love to cosplay with John Deere accessories.
That’s been my train of thought too. $6700 for something that requires me to mow my field in an afternoon, or $3k for a robot that does it for me over the course of a couple days.
Well shit. Better hose it down with PFAS laden fire suppressives just to make sure they really fuck it up.
Significant. Solid state batteries don’t suffer from dendrite build up which is the Achilles heel of current battery tech. The numbers I’ve seen for solid state are around 90% capacity after 5000 cycles.
I had a dealership try to talk my wife into “trading up” her 2nd gen X-Terra for a 4th gen Pathfinder while the X-Terra it was in for service.
Exhaust hangar pliers. I don’t use them often but it greatly reduces the effort of exhaust removal. Especially useful if you’re working on jackstands or a quickjack and quick jobs.
