Jeep is a rolling mechanical, corrosion, and electrical disaster at the moment.
Are you asking why a perpetual energy machine doesn’t exist?
I was really disappointed with the reviews I saw on the MX-30 R-EV. JayEmm on Cars did a great review on it.
The spot and description appear to be the outlet guide vanes for the fan nozzle, which is the “bypass” part of the compressor stage in a high bypass turbofan engine. They don’t spin, they just straighten air coming out to make it less turbulent.

Overall I’ve had good luck with 2 of the 3 Nissan dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. The 3rd pissed me off so badly I won’t ever do business with any dealership bearing the dealers name though.
