for an off road focused vehicle I prefer a manual transfer case (and for all vehicles a MT also)

Sure, name me a Wrangler that has a center locking diff. Thanks, I’ll wait.

This is so true. After the flooding down here I was looking for a cheap one as a bad weather car. 2012 with 45k miles, hard top, 4 doors, MT and nothing else (it even had wind up windows) was $26k! I could buy a 2013 Hemi Grand Cherokee for something similar.

I had some small stroke or something. Good Catch.

I’m a pilot, a lot of them can be dicks.

Radials have their cylinders fixed but arranged in a cylinder. Early airplanes often used rotary engines, where the cylinders actually rotated around a fixed crankshaft.

That’s not what “narc” means.

IMHO, the author of the peice is the only person who should ever “this” a reply. Perhaps the Reply was a point missed in the original peice. Perhaps the reply expanded the or augmented the data or intent of the peice.

maaaan, fuck you.

he was making a point that i agreed with, that i didnt make in the article. it takes only the most basic of logic to understand that. if you dont like it, i’m sure you can figure out a way to avoid my articles in the future.

This in no way contradicts my writing. I called out that the dude shouldn’t have gotten into it with the riders and I agree that drivers shouldn’t get upset or respond when a bike passes them doing something they dont like.

The comment says don’t be an asshole and the article says don’t be an asshole, what’s the contradiction?

this

Sure. I think perhaps my initial comment was unclear. Whether you can resist an unlawful arrest is a separate question from whether this particular arrest was unlawful. You just asked me to name a state where it was lawful to resist arrest. I wasn’t saying that this particular arrest was unlawful or not.

I’m actually not trying to be a contrarian troll. I think we’re probably just getting ours wires crossed. Whether you can resist an unlawful arrest is separate from the question of whether this particular arrest is lawful or unlawful. I mean, I agree that IF the officer was arresting her an actual crime that he can

Christ I hope this is trolling. Because “do whatever I say when I say it” is neither the job of a police officer nor a right afforded them, and no “functioning society" exists where cops dictate terms irrespective of actual law.

In Michigan where this took place, you can.

As of 2013, 24 states had stop-and-identify laws. Regardless of your state’s law, keep in mind that police can never compel you to identify yourself without reasonable suspicion to believe you’re involved in illegal activity.

Which State do you want?

That does not make it legal to refuse to obey a law or refuse to give your name when asked by a police officer.

Go ahead, show me the laws that say it’s okay to PHYSICALLY RESIST AN OFFICER OF THE LAW PUTTING YOU UNDER ARREST IF YOU FEEL IT IS UNWARRANTED.
