Are you really going to insult Tony with a CP?

Can I have rear facing jumpseats for the kids??
This brings back sooooo many Sport Compart Car magazine memories.
Man the 90’s were a good time.
Black plastic is cheaper than glass, #GM
That will likely be based on the DT (Ram 1500) and moving to body on frame to compete with Expedition/Suburban, with a sporting twist I’d guess being #hellcat
It’s because of “Jalops” who whine and moan then never actually buy a damn thing new. It’s like voting, you can’t complain if you only buy 30 year old E30’s. Car companies are a business, yes I’d love more fun small cars but working in automotive myself I get the shift to run a business.
That was half of my interest in truly making it an unlimited experimental class. There are too many unknowns, regulations will ruin it, they need to let the technology develop where science and logic takes it. Once it gets “there” whenever that is then begin to shape regulations after you have data.
ICE vehicles were not ready to run 24 hours when endurance racing started, that was the entire point of the contest. Endurance racing was first to see who would finish, period. That’s what would make it so interesting and truly relevant to the wider public.
When are they going to suck it up and just do the 24 hour all electric class the world has actually been waiting for? Why does the 24 hours exist, to show that technology can last and compete for 24 hours. Do you want to improve the state of electrical vehicles and charging? Make the top class an electric unlimited…
Having worked with GM for years I have one word to describe them, hubris.
I was more referencing the blame the dealer embedded article and how it bothers me to blame the one offering financing. Either you offer financing and “prey on the weak” or you don’t and then you’re “against helping the underserved.” Believe me I get what you’re saying, I feel the same way. I dont feel bad for this…
In some math class I had long ago we learned compounding and simple multiplication, sure, but I can’t recall it ever being in the context of personal finance or actual implementation. You can forget anything as important as a household cash flow statement, profit and loss (ie income statement), or balance sheet (net…
Just because you’re taught about formulas doesn’t mean you’re taught about their implementation. When’s the last time you were taught how to budget in school? Or an actual amortization formula and how it works? Not saying we learn nothing, but it’s woefully inadequate.
While that is true, it doesn’t change the fact that people saddle themselves with college debt to the point of drowning and before they get in the real world and learn anything they’re 40K behind that’s straight line negative on their personal balance sheet. Calling people stupid doesn’t really solve anything as…
The reason there are so many people in bad financial situations is we have a lack of education about personal finance. There’s no one being “taken advantage of” that’s financially literate. It’s a failing of our education system, we need to stop focusing on symptoms of the disease and cure it at its core. At the end…
Thank you for carrying the torch of jalopnik and continuing the awesome purely car and car lover related articles that used to make this site so awesome. It’s become so much about political commentary which I, and I’m sure many others, come here to escape. When do you get to be EIC? Or does that require moving to the…
You’d think they would be a little more creative with all the freedom this should afford their interior design... but these are the people that brought you the Chevrolet Cobalt interior.
People have been clamoring for these things since the Germans started making ungodly sums on all the X6M’s and GLE AMGs and everything else. I’d say I’m surprised it took the US automakers this long... this is the first of many of these.
NO HOMOLOGATION NO CARE.
