I think he just wanted to show his friends he valued them. As I remember it, he’s mentioned in interviews how he came to Hollywood with very little and lived on friend’s good graces and they helped him a lot in the beginning. I don’t know if he’s thinking he’s altruistic so much as giving back to people he loves.

not a good idea

As a disturbing aside, imagine what sex is like for him.

He’s at his best when he’s grouchy. The contempt he has for even the most basic of manners after losses is thoroughly impressive and amusing to me even after 17 years here.

Yeah, as a Steelers fan I’m really excited for a week’s worth of stories about this loss, and how the Steelers have a chance to take the crown, and how maybe this is the *year*, man, this is *it* before Tom Brady rips the Steelers hearts out on national television to the tune of, oh, let’s say... 44-27 this time, with

Meh. Not so amazing if you knew Billy.

Can you imagine getting yanked out of your SoCal high school and banished to a Lithuanian village where there’s “no restaurants, malls, nothing really” through no fault of your own, but rather because your dipshit less-talented older brother tried to shoplift luxury goods in China?

LaVar: “I want my kids to play pro ball.”

I don’t know man. They’ve got a pretty good thing going with the luxury tax. Look at the bad teams in the NFL with the hard cap. The Browns, Titans, Bills, Jets, Jaguars (not this year, but you know what I mean). You’re looking at teams who suck for decades at a time. Basketball has franchises that will never get

Fun fact - because Frank Sinatra had portrayed Det. Leland in the film The Detective, he has it in his contract that he had to be in any negotiations for sequels, and so before they could offer the film to Willis (or any of the action stars who passed on it before he was cast), Sinatra had to say no. So there’s a
