The Lunchbox was such a sweet movie. It's sad he's gone. :(

I feel the need to praise Blanchett’s performance once again as what she did with Phyllis in this episode was magnificent. From that skin crawling moment of calling Fred Daddy to the reaction to Fred stating that Phyllis was submissive to the way she physically shrunk after stating that Fred had wasted his law degree

Two small sidenotes related to Brenda. First, it was so thrilling to watch Brenda just wreck Phyllis there. Second, I really liked that Brenda didn’t even know if she liked Jules as, let’s be honest here, Jules’s seemed kind of like of a jerk. It was more about what Jules allowed Brenda to be instead of how awesome

I (like everyone else) am living this shit, I don’t want to watch it on TV. I want to watch TV to escape. I’ll continue bingeing Community then move on to another series I want to get into, thank you very much.

man the memes and jokes afterwards all ablut her and how she killed her husband. no one gave a shit bout the animals! And defended Joe cause he isnt soo bad.. yeah right FFS

How many of the anthology stories are going to be about underpaid food service workers trying not to breathe as they toil without protective gear so they can keep renting the tiny apartments they spend the rest of their time in?

My hope is that we take the societal lessons we need from this event, and otherwise we more or less never speak of it again. Just because something is unique, doesn’t mean we need to make TV about it.

I loved OITNB, but this does describe Weeds perfectly.

I was going to comment (agreeing) with big screen theaters going the way of the dodo/drive-in, but it would be pretty ironic and great to see drive-ins come back because of all this. And if they had the concessions people just roller-scate up to your car with your texted food order, well now...

Big screen theaters are going to be a novelty soon. In some ways it sucks but in other ways it makes movies more accessible to people who can always get to a theater.

Sorry guys, this is my actually my fault. My niece wanted to see Trolls World Tour and I accidentally purchased it 5 million times.

Forget rewatch. I’m having trouble even with the initial viewing. Oh cool, so you’re a millionaire, but somehow a 15 year old YouTuber has better video quality on their idiotic makeup channel?

This era of television is going to be absolutely miserable with no rewatch value for future viewers aside from the occasional sociology or psychology researcher. We’re going to have a whole half year or more that looks like all the late night shows and Zoom screens, all full of “unique, personal, deeply human stories

Considering shelter in place began as a somewhat-novel upending of social expectations and is now dragging on as an interminably boring slog with no real end in sight, Kohan seems like the perfect showrunner for the job.

What frustrated me most about that episode was the vagaries about how Don Lewis’s wealth was discussed. I think his ex-wife and/or adult children said something like “everything he touched made money.” The fuck does that mean? With his Costa Rican connections, it’s implied there was some sort of illegitimacy and

I've about had it with this collection of idiots. Help the fucking animals and just ignore these fucking psychos.

going to the movies is my favorite thing in the world to do and i miss it dearly, but i wouldn’t risk my health to go see an old movie i could torrent in a 75% empty theatre.

If I were inclined to wager on something so morbid I would put my money on surpassing that benchmark by June 1st. The current trends may have plateaued but they have not turned downward.

You could open every damn theater in the state, but with nothing new on the screens inside them and the pandemic nowhere near being resolved, there ain’t gonna be anyone coming to them anyway. Sorry, Greg.
