In my eyes, resolutions do nothing but display. 720p vs 1080p or 1080i is little more than a measure of the output resolution (for example, DVDs go up to 1280 x 720 usually, while Blu’s go up to 1920 x 1080). Now, what CAN affect the playability of a game is frames. Frames and resolution can go hand in hand because a

One of my favorite monologues he gives in this show is his perspective on plates with the Pope’s likeness.

Imagine that...a show sold me on it solely on how well he ‘justifies’ his perspective on Pope plates.

Try the DS version. It’s got extra content, works in all the graphics that were in the upgraded version...it’s so good.

I need to go back and play this.

For what it’s worth, the ONLY issue you can have with it is with Lelouch himself. And spoilers for the (least) pilot episode and other episodes are below:

I finally got Gwent on PC thanks to some luck Googling yesterday and being enrolled in the beta for a key for two months.

If anyone does want a Hearthstone-ish game that is more forgiving for new players and does encourage quick games, Shadowverse is worth a look. It’s a Japanese CCG/TCG that has many similar mechanics

Thanks to randomly Googling yesterday, I managed to FINALLY get a PC key for Gwent beta. And it makes me enthusiastic for the final product when it comes.

I’m still waiting for the PC Beta to open up so I can play it! >_<

Update on my previous post: Was able to get it refunded and get the key turned off. Now I’m ready for this later on.

Word of wisdom for folks who are considering the Anthology...wait. Wait for the Remastered Edition. The big reason why? The resolution. The game will NOT display anything bigger than an old 680 x 480

I’ll give the mod a shot. I bought the Anthology recently and only with a third party mod can I get the window playable enough. But this may make it easier on me and a lot cheaper.

Shit, and I just bought the Anthology too. Thankfully, the best I could do with it was run a third party tool to bump that lousy little square up twice in size to make it playable enough.

Honestly, if the black neighborhood would have me, I’d want to live in the nicer neighborhood. A community is built as a whole on what the people do to contribute to the whole. And if it was cheaper to live there, that’s a plus.

Also here’s a simple saying:

That’s my logic.

Is it a single player game? Cheat the ever loving hell out of it for fun.

Is it a multiplayer game? Be prepared to buy your game all over again when you get caught.

I laughed out loud when I experienced that in the game for the first time...and got what was going on.

Same here. With first gen PS3s, re-solding and re-balling was a godsend for preserving FAT units and keeping backwards compatibility, especially for the YLOD.

I have not seen the movie the series is covering, though I feel like it’s a piece of cinema that is worth watching if to appreciate the fact that all this was going on behind the scenes.

I only caught part of the first episode, but anything Jessica Lange is in is worth a watch for me.

It’s possible. She can always do Steamed Hams...

One of my family members does some weird sauce concoction. They mix Worchestershire sauce with steak sauce, brown sugar, a little ketchup and hot sauce, and some seasonings. It’s like half Worchestershire sauce, and the other half is everything else.

Now playing

Try Shadowverse on Steam and Android (if you can).

It’s about to release its next expansion next month sometime. Now I committed maybe $200 to that game to flesh out my decks to keep up with current meta from the initial set and two expansions. The game’s being designed with people who used to work on Magic: The
