I love seeing Clay Bennett cartoons in the wild - hometown cartoonist - Chattanooga, TN!

This is a selfish, ignorant take, and the reason why too many people have died. What a tool.

The most baffling item was “why do I need to take everything out of the bed to get to my spare tire?”

Did they solve that?

We got two in stock here initially, and have sold one. It is an excellent car, and if I was in the market for a wagon, it would be the one. Great look, great performance, included service, and strong warranty.

(In Chattanooga, TN, btw)

Perhaps to the sun, instead?

Porsches hold their value - it’s certainly different than most brands on the market. Fortunately, and I’m biased, I think you get what you pay for. You just usually have to pay more. It’s ok, some things are more expensive.

0% is a tremendous option if you intend to keep the car past the initial drop in value. You’re hitting principal the whole time.

The smartest way to acquire a new car is to lease it - it reduces your risk, and makes the bank responsible for so much more on your new depreciating asset.

The price of the car should

PDK is sorted, because, well, Porsche.

I’d be willing to bet that MOST of the people screaming for the death of the dealer are also the ones who absolutely refuse to pay sticker for the car, Tesla buyers aside.

Not having a dealer, and simply a test drive center with experts handy, is great, as long as you aren’t interested in haggling, which most people

You’re almost right - when you get Sport Chrono (Sport+) on any of the sports cars now, you get the control on the steering wheel.

So, where you used to get SPORT and SPORT+ buttons stacked on top of each other on the left side buttons, it won’t happen any more. You either get SPORT, or nothing, like this car.

I properly express my anger/jealousy/envy that I am experiencing at you getting to drive those cars, and not me.

Going through it right now with an insurance company, who most certain does not have good hands.

I say take them for every penny. They have the money, and their whole business model revolves around keeping it. When it’s time to actually pay, they rarely do. I hate lawyers, and I’m beginning to think I hat insurance

She is an instructor at Porsche Sport Driving School in Birmingham, AL - she’s absolutely excellent.

We always sell our special cars at MSRP. We only ask that if a non-918-VIP client wants to peddle their car and take advantage of a huge market windfall, that WE are involved at that point, and we sell the car through here. Keeps everyone honest, and keeps them on the special car list.

Yeah, those quarter pound monsters will cash you in for at least a day’s worth of bulk.

Wrong.

Porsche clients did not like the quantity of Carrera GT’s that hit the road in 04-06. That’s why they limited the 918 production, and it’s part of the reason why they limit GT-car production.

These cars are built by guys in lab coats, and not only that, they really affect MPG numbers, which matters more and more in

All rights reserved. Porsche is a private entity that can sell or not sell to whomever they please. If the market has enough of a problem with it, then it will affect them. They’d like enthusiasts to get to purchase and drive their cars, not speculators. Speculators leave enthusiasts in the lurch, and it hurts the car

Too much supply reduces exclusivity, and also demand. Porsche charges for the cars what they feel they are worth. They don’t have to build to demand - they aren’t meant for everyone.

It drives like a damned dream, too.
