I'm surprised there's not a fuckyeahfuckyeahtumblrs.tumblr.com that compiles all the fuck yeah tumblrs.

3G and LTE?

Why don't your friends like SwiftKey? It's awesome, and much faster (for me, at least) than the others you listed.

Cool story bra.

I went to iprcenter.gov, and I couldn't find any information about how digital theft harms the economy. There is a bunch of facts about the agency and the arrests they've made, but I seriously can't find any explanation about how piracy is not a victimless crime anywhere.

I use the [Xpnd.it] Firefox addon, which shows you the long url when you mouse over the short url, which is quite nice.

Yes, and Delta doesn't have phones built into their seats.

This guy could sneak around the set completely invisible.

Whoa, I can't imagine what 55 open tabs would do to my PC's RAM. Anyway, I have giz on my bookmark toolbar, so it's just one click for me too. I use this shortcut for sites I don't go to often enough to bookmark.

If you type espn and then just hit enter, it does a google search for espn. But if you type espn ctrl+enter, it goes to espn.com.

Thoroughbred horses are so expensive, and their names are so ridiculous (Bodemeister? Really?) that I am genuinely surprised that there aren't such horse names as "Smoked by Windows Phone" and "Hansen Sponsored by the Nokia® Lumia™ Smartphone on the Verizon Wireless® 4G LTE Network"

In your browser's url bar, type in a website name like "gizmodo" and then hit Ctrl+enter. It will wrap the site name in www. and .com and navigate there. Ctrl+shift+enter will do .org.

The side-loaded apps that stick out are Swype beta and the Amazon appstore (paid apps for free). There are others but those are the ones that are a big deal to me.

The android marketplace is not loaded with them. The article you linked to talks about how some hacked websites (not the market) might be able to get you to install malware (that requires your approval), that might allow the attackers to compromise your data.

Nice find. I missed that on my first pass-through because it's in a footnote.

It cut yours off too. Giz must limit the length of links in comments for some reason.

I will remain unconcerned about these "threats" until either an article is published by a source that doesn't stand to profit from it, or there is a significant malware outbreak in the real world. I don't think either of those things have happened to my knowledge. Until then, Android anti-virus apps are just bloatware

Was supposed to be a play on the saying, "don't hate the player, hate the game". I guess I failed :(

The men that lurk in the PuaHate forums are almost worse than the PUAs themselves, because they only see women as objects that exist solely to make them feel better about their own pathetic lives.
