Witness the slow moving tear as it rolls down my check because I know that instead of putting this into production Jaguar sunk their money into yet another crossover. I don't care how stunning the F Pace might seem I just see another crossover where none is needed.
Jesus Christ people, the most fun you can have in a 4×4 without leaving your couch is a Range Rover.
Tesla doesn’t sell to typical consumers, it sells to evangelists. That’s why they get away with selling a sub-par vehicle for six figures. These cars are about virtue-signaling, not function.
““I am totally willing to overlook the issues if Tesla fixes it.” She went on to say that that if she had similar issues with her Cadillac Escalade, she “would be furious.””
That sounds like bad fanfiction that somehow became officially licensed.
Yeah, let me drop a few grand for the base price while putting aside a couple hundred more to stay up to date with the necessary graphics card / processor / memory requirements. If I’m lucky maybe major releases won’t go the way of Arkham Knight!
Luke, this was about the PS4. In the modern videogame landscape, the PS4 represents a cost-effective consolidation of the experience you can have with a gaming PC.
While I’m sure you’re aware of a contingent of PC gamers who believe PC is the answer to all questions, as a journalist I’m sure you’ve noticed that this…
A toddler would most definitely attempt to save themselves. Their survival instincts are strong if they’re raised correctly. I never used floaties with my kids because I didn’t want them to be too comfortable in water before they knew how to swim, but now that they’re in swim lessons They’re like “fuck you, I’m not…
Buying a Honda Insight is still the worst decision he’s ever made, a problem somehow solved by the second worst decision he’s ever made.
In partial defence.
I hear livable wage in this article a lot.
What are people considering a livable wage?
It’s really not that simple. Oftentimes the terms are pretty explicit as to what you can and cannot work on. A non-compete clause is meant to stop any direct competitors, and as such, if it isn’t specific as to what you can’t do afterwards/during your time there, it’s a badly written clause.
Say I work at a company…
I’m not entirely sure but I think things like non-complete clauses are void if you get laid off.
non-competes are common almost everywhere, esp in that industry. they suck but no real option when every company has it.
“who would be stupid enough to sign a contract basically blocking you from working for so many years.”
Based on where you live, that might not be a lot of money.
$70k is a lot of money for some people, but I doubt most liberal arts majors are as fortunate as you and it probably took you a while to get there. I graduated at the same time as you and I remember how shitty the job market was that summer especially, but I managed to start a career as an aerospace engineer because I…
“and I had just graduated from college. I had no job or skills,”
These are some of the ugliest things ever, and I can’t help but hope they bomb so they don’t make anymore. :\
