“And Game of the year goes to...”

Read my replies above. I watched ep. VII twice last week, but I thought that most people have by now, so when they talked about a hidden reference I assumed that they were talking about what that scene in VII was referencing.

But... I did. Twice already, first on Wednesday and then on Friday. I thought that uscg_pa and UnBanable was talking about the reference in ep. VII pointing to something else than ep. IV.

What would you say is the ‘real’ reference, then? The obvious one is that they’re referring to the trash compactor scene in ep. IV, but even my gf (who’s only seen ep. IV once) got that reference, so I’m guessing that you found a second level?

In principle, yes, but unless I’m mistaken I don’t think that No Man’s Sky has very good support for Oculus Rift at the moment, and the graphical style kills any immersion it would have brought anyway. Star Citizen has the perfect combination of realistic-ish graphics and the industrial-looking spaceship porn that I

Star Citizen fans tend to react really badly every time I brought this up before, but the procedurically generated planets are the one thing that will make or break this game for me.

I haven’t tried PCars yet myself, and although I plan on buying it soon for PS4, I won’t be able to use my G27 wheel until Logitech sorts its shit out and makes it compatible with PS4 (if they don’t, it’s the last Logitech product I ever bought).

Ah, it would make sense that it’s a matter of quality with the leather.

I know that white leather tends to require lots of care in order not to age badly, but I’ve spent the last week shopping for high-mileage late-nineties Jaguars with white leather seats. I’ve seen quite a few where the dye is cracked and worn, but nothing that comes even close to looking as bad as this car’s seats.

What on the name of Sven has happened to these seats??

This is what is called Mount Stupid (credit to SMBC-comics.com). Having absolutely zero knowledge abouta topic tends to generate some carefulness.

Since Margin Of Error brought up pop-up headlights in his post, I have to point to my profile picture. The ND Miata with popups. That’s all I need.

Since you’re anyway mentioning not-entirely-legal methods of getting the despecialized edition, I think it’s entirely possible to get a hold of the original movies using similar methods. Me and my gf just finished watching the original trilogy as a warmup for the European premier tomorrow, and unless my memory fails

That’s quality parenting right there.

When Tata bought Jaguar/Land Rover, I was afraid that they would butcher the brand as revenge for centuries of British imperialism, but instead they have allowed JLR to build some of the most Jaguar-ish Jaguars in modern time. Similarly, since Volvo bought Geely they seem to build cars that are much, much more

FSAE was my first thought upon seeing the headline. On one hand I love the class because it’s so focused on encouraging creativity and thinking outside the box, on the other hand I hate these over-the-top creations. If they had only added a moment requiring a high top speed they possibly wouldn’t have to regulate the

This. They are in a wartime situation. If it’s correct that a small boat was coming towards them without responding to radio, I suspect that pretty much any navy in the world would have fired.

I’m impressed and surprised by the amount of people who can afford to spend 2-300€ (or equivalent) on a secondary console just for a few exclusives. If I’m in any way representative of their target group of consumers (30 y.o., no kids, a decent-paying job but a few costly hobbies), they would need to price it a lot

I think that Germany was considered something of a cultural Mecca from at least the mid-19th century to the beginning of WWII (with the exception of those years when everybody were shooting at each other, of course). I read a very flattering essay written by Churchill when he visited a German military drill in the

I don’t mean to sound too pessimistic, but consider the following:
