Sigh... I know. Just checked prices, and they were nowhere as cheap as the last time I looked.
Actually, this article is the first I've ever heard of it 'not being well-received' or 'having dated details'. It stands out from almost every other car from the '90s by being universally appreciated, at least amongst the people I tend to talk to. I've shown a few to my girlfriend, and she loved it even though she's…
Semi-related to this: Are there any games out there were you really age? I'm thinking some sort of RPG where you start out playing as a child and continue into adulthood or even into old age and eventual death?
Nah, I disagree. "Idiot" is exactly the right word...
My comparison with suggesting that people shouldn't use words starting with the letter 'b' is to highlight how arbitrary your limitation is. Avoiding certain words don't improve your vocabulary, and there is no reason to avoid profanities less arbitrary than, say, that you don't like the way they sound or that you…
"People shouldn't talk like that" becaaaaause... Um. Because. Well. Because you don't like the way it sounds?
Actually, back when the 9000 was introduced after the 900, people were making jokes that the next model would be the Saab 90000. Back then, 90000 was the Swedish emergency phone number.
However it's not like Porsche are the only people to use the GT3 name. I mean, the 911 GT3 is specifically named for the GT3 class of sports car racing, a class which includes a number of other manufacturers' cars. You could argue that Porsche has as much of a right to the name as any other car company that races in…
Speaking of Monty Python I'd much rather see a Trojan rabbit...
Huh? I mean, if you're concerned about the skinniness of the tyre, that means being concerned about the amount of force negative to the direction of motion that they can take before they lose grip and start slipping (or rather before the ABS system has to step in and decrease the amount of braking force). Whether the…
Hmm. Edmunds wrote Emergency braking distances are also exceptional, as we measured a stop from 60 mph in just 109 feet. Now, I'm not sure about what exact model your Magnum is (if it's the Dodge Magnum you mean, it's not sold where I live), but for reference the Dodge Charger with all it's fat tires has a stopping…
I agree with the choice of model, though I'd prefer the 6-cyl engine in a vague hope that it will make it a full week between each visit to the workshop. Also, one with proper headlights and without the misplaced hood ornament. But yes, the XJS is definitely one of my favourite coupés in this price range.
