F is for Fighting, R is for Red, ancestor's blood in battles they've shed. E, we elect them. E, we eject them, in the land of the free and the home of the brave. D for your Dying, O Overture. M, they will cover your grave with manure...this spells out FREEDOM which means nothing to me...as long as there's a PMRC.

@Strife Fox †: This may be blasphemous...but I would be happy to never see another Naughty Dog developed Jak & Daxter game if it meant more Uncharted. ;)

@D0RC: Because they were looking to cut the cost of the machine in every way possible so they could reduce the price. Asking them to add more defeats that line of thinking.

@TMFAN: It doesn't really have much in the way of traditional instrumentation, doesn't lend itself well.

@William Wade: John Riccitiello is really trying hard to turn that ship around. He publicly admitted to stifling innovation and creativity by homogenizing their development studios. He's made a conscious effort lately to promote individual creativity among the studios and to try new things. I think Mirror's Edge

@PulpZero: Thanks. That happens to be another term I tend to avoid if at all possible.

@AngryGazebo: I would be interested to know if there was any other historical precedent where an offensive and inflammatory slur had been disassociated with it's original intent as a slur and became a part of modern diction.

@ostartero: I'm also a gay gamer and it bothers me, as do other words that are commonly used in modern vernacular (particularly one starting with 'f'). I'm not sure if this is the right way to go about it or not...hard to say. I appreciate the sentiment though.

@Ferkner: I'm with ostartero and raresquare...

This isn't a new concept at all. I think Thatgamecompany is already on a roll with these ideas in Flower and flOw

They have many boomsticks:

@Chesu: Adding in a player via coop basically gives you a ghost shooter. They are there for gameplay purposes only. When you get to cut scenes or narratives, it's all still addressed toward a single character.

I had high hopes for this game and still do, not necessarily for it's setting or gameplay, but mostly because of the mechanics. More MMOs need to focus on a skill based system, something that gives the players more variety and options to their characters rather than "Train Fireball Rank 2 and level 12." I'd love to

@thegreatpablo: For those who care, the Favored Soul was the divine caster's answer to the Sorcerer. They innately knew spells, they don't have to study or "mem" them.

So, while I won't necessarily agree that the name of the Favored Soul isn't the best...give credit where credit is due. The class has been in the game since at least 3.0 of the pen and paper RPG. The developers didn't come up with it.

@MaxDragon7: I haven't actually played the game, Witz might be in a better position to answer your question, but as far as I know, no you cannot. A person can summon up to two ghosts to help them kill a boss, but you cannot "gang up" on anyone as a blackened spirit.

@Witzbold: It's okay Witzbold, we still love ya.

@firefly: I should have been more specific. What I meant to say was that the "multiplayer" components would be region free. You could connect to anyone's game around the world, rather than restricting it by country or anything.
