Trying to hold back the grumpyness, because an episode of Bob’s Burgers is always a treat. But I really didn’t love this one. When I heard about the fan-animated idea, I guess I pictured something more along the lines of Flu-ouise, at least as far as trippy animation would go. This just seemed like a bare bones plot…

Even though he’s good for at least one stupid penalty a game, I do like Villanueva. That said, his coming out for the anthem alone completely undercuts what was already a fairly weak gesture of unity.

Steelers fan also. I’m disappointed by what I see as a classic ducking the issue move, but honestly this could’ve gone worse. I’d have loved to see the whole team.come out and take a one, but realistically that was never going to happen.

If I were to rank organizations based on the likelihood they break rank and sign Kaepernick, Denver would be at or near the bottom of that list, somewhere in the neighborhood of Carolina or Houston.

Fair point. I’m not going to say that there aren’t Christians out there who understand the doctrine of Stewardship. I will say there are a ton of them (based off of voting records anyway) who either don’t, or do and just don’t care.

I definitely recall one of my favorite things to do when I was deep in my Tolkien fandom was to pour over the various maps. Really an effective way to become immersed in a world.
