Man, when I was a kid, I remember I bought an issue of a magazine that had a walkthrough for Phatasmagoria. I thumbed through that thing and ended up wholly traumatized. The death scenes were ridiculously detailed, and nothing like I had seen at that age.

Yeah, Green Man Gaming had a 25% off pre-order coupon, but it was UK only I believe.

Oh, to drop $60 on a Steam pre-order or not, right after the big sale...

Amen. I took the plunge earlier this year, and I love this mouse on so many levels.

Interesting. I feel like they skip the 'Black Friday' sale stuff some years, as the Christmas sale follows so soon after.

I really wanted to grab one at launch, and had been planning on it -

They had an article earlier today which seemed to place it up in the air.

I believe my expectations had been too high, as they had not showed enough, yet teased so much.

I have this bad habit of having an extremely pessimistic, or extremely optimistic outlook on these sort of things.

I have to agree, as I've been pretty disappointed by the Zombies mode so far. Hell, it's the reason I plopped a shocking $80 down on the game at the last minute, despite promises to myself I wouldn't.

When the game first launched, the Guild Wars 2 team was extremely strict on community policy, handing out a large number of bans for players that abused the game or harassed other players.

It really is, and you're right - it has no place in professional writing.

Ah, that would make sense. But yeah, like you said - yikes...

Yikes. Dat Monday Night Combat review:

I mean, sections were passable. The opening, for example, was creative and competently written enough.

Agreed. The blatant hacking I'm referring to, is the kind that is simply impossible to dispute.

I wonder if this will pan out for the PC version. Both in the zombies and multiplayer modes, you couldn't go a match without one completely obvious hacker, and it made me very hesitant to buy the sequel.

.......... yep.

Over the weekend I penned an article on how neither candidate will be focusing on climate change, which desperately needs to be focused upon during the next presidential term.
