Is this real?
Is this real?
Yeah. As the guys on CUPodcast (Pat the NES Punk’s show) pointed out, it isn’t for the people who hunt for emulators. And they’ve also noted a lot of interest from interesting places:
I'd been following this thanks to the Comics Curmudgeon.
Agreed, but I wouldn't call it overpriced. These games go for 5$ each on the Virtual Console, so 60$ for something with 30 of them is a pretty good deal.
Got the new version of Odin Sphere and it's great. Sure there may have been repitition, but that doesn't stop it from being the closest thing to an old Final Fantasy game. Same with I am Setsuna and Chrono Trigger.
I'd rather not remember the time he tried to be good (cough) Chuck Austen (cough).
Yeah. He was fun, but felt a bit out of place.
Yeah. I really loved some of the ones in the first game.
If so, then maybe we’ll jam. My PSN is Aarons18013. (I made it before my nom de gurre).
Yeah, that’ll be the deal breaker or maker. Especially MUA2's, considering the bizzareness of the their dlc release (limited time and preorder crap.)
My biggest problem with 2 is the lack of costumes. The first had 4 for each character. 2 had only 2. I know it's a small nitpick, but it really disappointed me. On the other hand, it has my favorite Captain America voice, David Kaye (Beast Wars Megatron!)
Ps4 for me.
Same here, but I don't think we're talking about the same mutant. Also, the only good inhumans book is Karnak (I don't really think of Ms. Marvel as an Inhuman) but that's because it's written by Warren freakin Ellis.
Sadly, that’s probably not going to happen due to Marvel’s hard-on for screwing with the X-Men.
This is the happiest I've been with marvel for the last few months (haven't been happy with them after Hydra Cap and everything else.)
To each his own. It had problems, but it's the closest we've got to those classics. And it's not like they didn't have their fair share of issues, lets be fair in that regard.
Just because you don’t like the controls doesn’t make it bad. I’m not saying you have to like it, but that doesn’t make it terrible by default just because you don’t.
It's alright. I've done it before. And worse.
I was talking about Square Enix (I was responding to his statement on it). The classic sonic games are great. Not Nintendo great, but great. The first has some rough edges (like the first Mario Bros.) and the second is where things start to get good.
They already did make a proper old school JRPG. It's called Bravely Default, and it's excellent. It's pretty much Final Fantasy without the name.
