Christ, how right you are. I made the mistake of tuning into WBT here in Charlotte this morning on my commute and got the...pleasure?...of listening to McCrory’s horrific radio show for about 10 minutes. Almost ran off the road remembering the fuckery that was his time in the Governor’s chair.

Lines at my polling place (inner city Charlotte) were at about 30 minutes early this morning.  I worked that polling place in 2016 and the wait was, at longest, maybe 10 minutes.  It’s a pretty large district that trends very, very blue...so I’m cautiously optimistic.

Correct.  While we’re definitely backasswards down here, the Midwest is the real problem.  At least we have the relatively blue population centers in Atlanta, Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill to somewhat even things out.
