I’ll assume the drivers have to be insured. College graduates and people that have no criminal record are cheaper to insure. And you really can’t understand why the driving record would be valuable here?

I missed the slobber! Good catch.

I love the matching track suits, too. So good.

Stop. It’s entirely possible to be an atheist and not be an asshole. Stop giving all of us a bad reputation.

I’m long out of high school, so I’m not up to date on the rules. But out of curiosity, why would you really take issue with them? Should a private school really have no say in how students dress for class or formal functions?

They can dictate what you wear. It doesn’t mean they should, at least with cases like this. Set all the rules you want on hemlines and midriffs - but making a rule like this, that was clearly targeted at this particular girl, just days before the prom is unforgivable.

She does look fantastic, and it’s deplorable she was asked to leave because of some bullshit last minute rule. This should be fought loudly and never allowed to happen again, even if it is a private school.

I tend to agree that it’s over the top, and I’m guessing many witnesses will misinterpret it entirely. Before I read the explanation, I thought it was a message along the lines of “look at yourselves first” or “vote for Trump and we’ll blind you with these giant mirrors” or something. I wouldn’t necessarily criticize

How is this at the expense of women, though? Most of your argument seems to be that a white male is telling women to pose naked... but he isn’t. No one is being told to do this. Any women in the image would be willing participants, maybe some that really do feel empowered by it.

True, but it’s your given name that shows up on your teacher’s roster, and makes otherwise dedicated educators like myself want to quit. Every semester I have 150 new names that appear to be crafted with some sort of random letter generator, that all turn out to be pronounced like “Katie”.

Ugh... I would now like to assume...

I would know like to assume their train of thought, if they have one, goes something like:

Hey, that’s Catherine Deneuve. She can be pretentious if she wants to be.

I looked her up to see if that was a typo (perhaps 64?). But she died at 47. She was in pretty bad health for awhile before then, according to Wikipedia:

I’d humbly disagree, I don’t think there was anything immature or high-school-ish about it at all.

If you want one, go for it. They’re great in the city, and there are some good locks. I locked mine up to a city bike rack when I had a 50cc, so I never had to pay for parking (it’s legal). It would take me about 10 minutes to get all of the locks off it everyday, but I had good luck as far as theft.

You’re not alone there! He really didn’t just randomly hurl paint at the canvas, as is usually implied. He had a surprisingly precise technique, which he altered for each painting, so each has its own ‘fingerprint’ and patterns. They may not tell a story like some paintings, but his works do have a mesmerizing quality

She is a pretty one, but she was outnumbered in Milwaukee.

Yeah, the field of vision argument is silly. I have 1/2, 3/4, and full face helmets, and I can see fine in all of them.

That is pretty good!
