On trucks I have seen with these style suicide doors the front door has to be open for the rear to open. I used to ride in one a lot, didn’t have any concerns with safety myself. So, bring it VW!

Ha, I like the Ram 700 name. We do get nice big trucks Stateside, but I wish we had one small option. I do know people won’t buy them so I can’t argue.

Radio is not great, I like the rest. Simple. VW looks nice too though.

Any Escalade. I know how big SUV’s drive, I have ridden in one and thought it was not efficient use of a car that size and CERTAINLY don’t want to be seen driving one. If that’s really what you want why not a Yukon/Suburban?

Would have never though of Carmax for research and see the general picture. Ideally new or still new enough to be under warranty. Thank you. My thought in cheapest car was cheapest new car but that won’t be set 100%.

I prefer my daily to be newish so that led me to cheap. I bought my Focus new so I’m ok with that. Car would be getting A to B comfortably without stopping all the time. Both not things my Focus does. Then the money and work goes into my Camaro, shared 350Z, or what replaces the Camaro. I’m worried an old Cadillac or Read more

Cooled seats are far nicer to have then a rear view, heated seats, blind spot monitoring, and more combined. I will look at Kia’s as a couple people have said that. A base model, 400+ mile range without a CVT, with cooled seats would make me happy.

Not living under a rock, am living on the road a lot though. Might as well be the same.

Have not paid much attention to Kia. I have kept an eye on Hyundai though, I like the Genesis, both coupe and sedan. Kia price is right, more money for the toy cars. It’s too bad the Forte doesn’t get better mpg or bigger tank. But I do like the looks of the Kia Forte5 SX w/ cooled seats for ~$24k. Read more

If I remember right in the Dinner with Racers episode they said that DSR car was sold to a buyer a long time ago.

I replaced my FoST felt/plastic under tray with a real skid after an incident, bought not made by me. I just take it off for every oil change. I do wish it had better hardware/mounting solution .

What I would say is covered byothers . Ferndale and Royal Oak are “the place” for young professionals but garages of decent size or at all will be a bit harder to find. I don’t work up the direction of Auburn Hills so can’t give any more info on that way.

Unless you are a tall person. I recently looked at a couple of these. No head room and no telescoping wheel make it hard to fit

I was just looking at B Spec cars a couple days ago! If they were street legal maybe. But I could barely not afford the car. Trailer and truck are no way.

Didn’t know they sold an ST stateside before 2013. It could be cool to have 2 Focus STs

Possibly, I have an 02 but an LT1 would be much cheaper. I’ll look back into them
