Hell yes. I love this wild & whacky show. “S is for Silence” is one of the best hours of last year. Perfectly creepy, funny and...romantic? Romantic. Plus, this show’s got the best monster sfx in the game. Very fun. Total recommend. Especially right before bed.

Martha was treated so terribly by the writers and Doctor, but damned if Freema didn’t make the most of it. “I traveled the world as a freedom fighter, kicking ass, taking names, and telling the Doctor’s story, a man I love and admire even if he’s a jerk,” and you believed it.

Echoed my thoughts to a T. I hated Donna for most of the Runaway Bride. Thought it wasn’t nearly as funny as it thought it was, and I fully expected to be bored/annoyed by her during her run as companion. I wasn’t looking forward to that series. I like the Pirates movies. They’re just good movies to vibe with, nobody does “grimy, waterlogged” like Gore Verbinski (GIVE HIM THE BIOSHOCK MOVIE, YOU FOOLS), and I’ll die defending Curse of the Black Pearl as a well-written, all-around good blockbuster.

Knowing this franchise, the TV show is going to end up being a part of the game universe somehow. “I was a video game character, damn it!”

Well, this show I never watched took Elizabeth Alderfer away from A.P. Bio, so I can’t be too sad about its departure. But then we also lost A.P. Bio so I’m just sad all around.

On the one hand, QOL add-ons should be signals to the dev team that certain functionalities are missing, and the FFXIV dev team seems reasonable enough to consider adding those functionalities.
