oh thank god

The competitive stuff just makes these games way less fun, IMO. I remember spending hours as a kid playing in Halo 2 lobbies dedicated to breaking the map and finding glitches. Just a blast. Sending tanks flying. Sword canceling up to some random perch you weren’t supposed to reach. I get that eSports stuff

American Vandal was incredible, both seasons, so I’m looking forward to seeing what else they come up with. I only wish the show had been able to finish the “story” that they’d set up in seasons one and two. I want to know what happens to those documentary nerds.

Is Sleeping with Other People on Netflix? Because that one.

“Once I went to dinner with Gabe,” explained Faliszek. “And he was beating me up, that um…’if you look at zombie movies’ [Newell said] ‘Night of the Living Dead is about racism…Dawn of the Dead is about consumerism.’”

There’s an excellent second season episode of How to...with John Wilson that includes an “Avatar” fan support group. They all seemed really nice, very warm and welcoming, and I hope this movie is a treat for them.

This isn’t that story or segment, but it’s one of the wildest things I’ve ever heard. It’s a good show.

I like that these movies are, at their core, just really long tech demos. It’s a movie franchise that’s all vibes, and I respect that.

Because it’s silly, BookonBob. It’s silly and we’re aroused by the tall blue aliens and that makes us confused, and we don’t like that.

Capaldi’s such a good Doctor. After his initial shiftiness wears off, he’s fantastic and embodies everything that I love about the character. Also, his fits are so damn good.

... and then Chibnall came along and decided that The Doctor was actually a made-up facade used to hide her own memories from herself because she was a part of a time death squad thing and that she was actually the Timeless Child who fell through a portal to ancient Gallifrey from whom the early Time Lords harnessed

A young, primarily comedic actor as the Doctor with RTD back at the helm? Exciting. Might actually check in week-to-week this time.

Subscribed to Dropout a month ago to watch season two of Fantasy High, the first season of which I loved. Got distracted and watched Misfits and Magic, which I found very fun, and then got distracted again by A Starstruck Odyssey, which is spectacular. It’s great, and I’m happy to see y’all covering it. I mean, it’s a

Love what they did with Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya, Jax, and Liu in terms of casting and such, to start, but God, choosing to have this take place before the tournament was so weird. It was pointless, and the new guy was a bummer. (Not the actor’s fault, but...what even was the point of him, narratively? Especially if

Who? Why would a real movie ever consider casting some ‘rassler nobody has ever heard of in a role?

$1.85 million is a life-changing amount of money for like, most people. God damn, how rich this dude must be that he’s able to blow it in a month.

Hulu, quick! Make one about Hollywood Video, the superior video rental chain.

South Texas is home to several sanctuaries. Its climate is vastly different than the rest of the state’s, and it’s home to several universities/colleges which have experts studying that ecology. Maybe stop painting the entire state with a broad brush and focus on how this megalomaniac is taking advantage of the

Ghosts on CBS is a huge hit, and it’s surprisingly great. Like, it’s mostly the same, but it fits more into the traditional sitcom mode. (15+ episode seasons vs. 6 episode series.) Some of the “new” ghosts are a lot of fun, too. The Native American ghost and the hippie ghost, mentioned in the other comment, are both
