From the trailer, I thought, “well maybe they’re some sort of psychic monster that are impervious to bullets,” but they’re not! They die when you shoot and blow…

I miss Janet Weiss’ drums. Yes, Carrie still shreds, and Corin still rips. But you can’t have Sleater-Kinney at full-force without Janet friggin’ Weiss. 

Is it weird that I’m really proud of Bautista? He’s had such a fascinating career. Yeah, he does the occasional action movie worthy of his athletic prowess, but then he gets cast in stuff like Blade Runner 2049, Dune, or the new Knives Out. He’s one of the few wrestlers-turned-actors who I feel loves the craft.

The Snyder of video games...except he’s talented at both spectacle and quiet moments, and his works are capable of inciting in me real emotions. Everything from joy to despair.

I had fun this season. Didn’t quite love everyone as much as season one, but: Chloe is made to be on TV; she’s so entertaining. Deleesa deserved to win. I liked Jack’s running commentary. It was fun. I’ll tune in next season.

I nearly dipped after the first couple of episodes because it was fun but nothing spectacular. (I started it on a whim after consuming an entire gummy edible.) “Dinnah pahty!” was fun, to me. To say.

Watched Mortal Kombat, and that’s how I felt. I want to watch Mugen Train at some point, but I’m going to wait a bit. Need the hype to die down an iota.

Kung Lao’s entrance was very fun. I think he may have had the best fight moments outside of Sub-Zero and Scorpion. Best fight in the movie was the opening, surely. I’d love more fights not in a small, enclosed space next time.

I can’t get work done without this kind of music anymore. That or classical. No lyrics. Just something to serve as background music and keep my thoughts at a minimum, y’know? These stations are godsends.

He’s also been the warden for the Thunderbolts, which I kind of hope to see just because it means more of him and Zemo stuck together.

Yeah, I can see her being a triple agent of some sort. I don’t quite buy that five years-in-exile would be enough to crack her, but hey, who knows? It could be the twist from Mission: Impossible all over again.

I saw him get hit in the arm. Didn’t see him dead, though, and he’s smart enough to wear a vest or something, right? I’m going to hope he’s still alive because I love the idea of him just showing up to annoy Captain Americas.

Cap needs to give a speech. Cap gave a hell of a speech. A little on the long side, especially since you could see the Senator try to leave at least once, but you know damn well I was into it. Half-way through it totally clicked. He got into his groove. Just like the opening action sequence completely clicked for me…
