Agreed. Lost in the Dream took all the interesting, prickly sounds of Slave Ambient and sanded them down until it all became a bit boring by comparison. I’ve heard the new one adds back some of those interesting sonics, and I hope that’s true.

If you only care about the visuals, it was great- faithful, well-cast, decently adapted… But if you enjoyed the story and the message(s), then you were ripped off. This was one of those cases where someone got the look right and virtually everything else wrong.
