I was also enjoying Bastion. He was a lot of fun. He’s also one of my favorite characters in the game so I’m glad to see him pulled out of the depths of uselessness.

There’s a slight plastic quality to it along with hyper details, which isn’t really how we see things in real life. The lighting also seems too even for things that are supposedly outside.

I prefer this, frankly. There will always be space for both realistic and artistic creative direction. It doesn’t all have to be the same, I enjoyed watching The Incredibles and Captain America: Winter Soldier. They’re both fun movies despite looking very different.
